1986 Moved to Gallo Music International to head up marketing of South African artists to the rest of the world
1987 Successfully launched SA’s biggest sales awards for the music industry – Gallo Gold Awards
1991 Became Managing Director of Gallo Music International
1994 Managing Director of Gallo Music International and Gallo Music South Africa
2004 Started own digital record label AS Entertainment
2012 Management buy out of Content Connect Africa (CCA) from Blue Label
2012- Antos Stella becomes majority share holder of CCA
